Often clients keep asking if they should go on a detox diet either for cleansing their body or for Weight loss.

The answer to this is a BIG NO ❌

Detox diets, juices, supplements will simply waste your money and nothing else, instead you can invest that money in buying some good nutritious food which will benefit you for a longer run.

Following those detox diets will simply give you temporary results for fat loss since it's not sustainable and eventually the weight will bounce back.
