Hard-work beats talent. Yes. No matter what you are going through, show up and be true to your ethics. It feels like shit to lie to your own self. Don't drown into your own set of insecurities. Be true to yourself. Ace discipline. 🥊𝐃𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐈𝐎𝐍: You already know how much to eat and workout, what's next? Execution. 90% of your work is done. You just need to execute. We all have 24 hours. Make the most of it and progress. Don't just sit there and think how things could've been, instead take the ownership and shape things how you want it to be. We all are been designed differently and hence we all have different response rates. No two individuals are the same. As kids, we were all compared to a studious kid from our neighborhood and we felt bad throughout the life for not being upto the mark. I would like to quote Einstein here : "Everybody is a genius. But if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid."Its always YOU vs YOU! Look at the progress line and not at who is running next to you. 🛌 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏: Your workouts are on point. Your nutrition is on point and if your sleep is not, big reason to worry. Once you are done with the daily work, doze off. Sleep has become a luxury in this century. Sleep is also called 'healing'. If you don't sleep enough, your performance is majorly affected. If you are done with the work by 11pm, don't lie down in the bed till 2am with your phone and destroy your sleep cycle. You are not a kid. STFU and hibernate.
