Not able to sleep on time?

A FEW TRICKS THAT MAY HELP YOU TO SLEEP ON TIME- -Avoid caffeinated beverages during second half of the day. -Keep most of your carbs at dinner because they help in inducing sleep as per few studies. Carbs make tryptophan more available to the brain.Now tryptophan is converted to serotonin and then to melatonin. Melatonin is a hormone which induces sleep. Note- It doesn't mean carbs will definitely induce sleep.It just means it can help you to some extent incase you are facing hard time to sleep. -Take care of workout timings Most people feel sleepy after workout and there are few cases in which people don't feel sleepy after the session.So figure out which category do you belong to and adjust your workout timing accordingly. - Avoid any gadgets before your sleep time. -Keeping lower room temperature will help.
