I am sure you don’t want to feel miserable on your diet & also you wish to accomplish your desired goals.

Answer lies in choosing a right diet strategy in the first place . Consider these points while strategising your diet plan 

[A] Don’t jump on to a a diet plan that worked for your friend or family member. It may not work the same for you 🥴

[B] It doesn’t have to be fancy. Don’t follow things that you just read on google, your daily newspaper column or what a celebrity interview says ( like- the Wolverine diet or Thor diet  🤷🏼‍♂️) 

[C] Keep some space for foods that you like . Fit them in your daily macros. Eat them at the end of the day and it will be rewarding. Stay away from your addictions and be mindful.

[D] Don’t starve pls 🙏🏻
