The answer to this simple question is,

DO YOU EAT ENOUGH PROTEIN FOR THE DAY? 🤔

If not, then using a whey protein will help you to fulfill the protein requirements for the day, it can be a very easy and convenient way.

If you do eat enough protein in your meals without any supplementation, then you are good to continue with it and there is no need to add any protein supplement.

However, whey protein is a byproduct of the milk protein, is completely natural and it depends on individuals that if they love using whey proteins and find it convenient and helpful, they can definitely add them and complete their daily protein requirements.

I personally eat enough proteins throughout the day yet I still prefer to use Whey protein simply because I enjoy them and they are convenient.
