Now this simply genius to put together the various ways to track your diet in form of a  pyramid depending on factors like nutrition age, gaols, adherence etc. ⁣⁣

💁 For coaches - You will never become a good coach if you marry one approach of tracking your diet and training. People are different so should be your approach. ⁣⁣

🙇 For followers - if you are not good with being rigid with your dietary tracking approach then you may follow this continuum and select an approach down the pyramid that suits you the most. ⁣⁣
