Types of exercises!
Did you know? 🤷 - Whenever you perform any exercise, it can be classified into any of the four types as follows:- - 🏋️ STRUCTURAL - In this type of exercises, the main emphasis is on loading the spine directly or indirectly. - 💪 POWER - When structural exercises are performed in an explosive way then these are classified as power focus exercises. - 🔥 COMPOUND - Exercises that recruit one or more large muscle groups and involve two or more primary joints then these exercises are known as compound exercises. - 🦵 ASSISTANCE - Exercises that focus on recruiting smaller muscle groups and involves one primary joint. - Yash Kaushik | Fitness Coach
