Restaurant Fatloss Hacks 😋

A common question asked by the client, "today I am having a family get together, party, birthday, etc. hence need to go out for a dinner/lunch. What to do? I don't want to miss my diet". My struggle for so many days will be wasted.

Relax.

We all are humans, little ups and downs are ought to happen no matter however strict you be with yourself.
Everyone has a social life outside this dieting world and you need to cherish that as well, but with smart choices.
Track your food smartly and you aren't going off track.

Some important things you need to keep in mind when you go out to restaurants.

1. Ask your food to cook in less oil.

Normally if you order any food outside these days, they use a lot of oils than required, just ask them to reduce the oil quantity, this will help you to consume minimum oil and can save your 150-200 calories.

2. Swap high-calorie foods with salads or veggies.
Again this can help you to save a good number of calories.

3. Ask for sauces and dressings on the side.
Instead of pouring sauces and dressings on food randomly, you can ask them to serve you separately which will help you to control the portion size.

4. Have a balanced meal.
Make sure you are balancing your macros properly, and ensure you eat a combination of carbs, fats, proteins, fibers as per your diet requirements.

5. Make healthy choices.
Stalk the menu, but always go for some healthy choices instead of eating junk and unhealthy stuff.

6. Always go on approximations.
Obviously, when you go out, you cannot quantify your nutrition accurately since you don't have a food weighing scale with you.
So just eat on approximations, example after so many days of dieting you know how much 50 grams of cooked rice or 100 grams chicken breast looks like, so you can eat it approximately.

So just cherish your meal and get back on track the next day and keep tracking your progress.

So now that you know these hacks, what kind of hacks or strategy you use when you go out at restaurants which help you to stay on track with your fitness goals?

Cheers!
