PROBIOTICS 🥛Probiotics are live microorganisms which can be consumed through fermented foods or supplements . 🥛They promote a healthy balance of gut bacteria and have been linked to a wide range of health benefits. 🥛There might be situations where in you have more bad bacterias than good and an imbalance means there are too many bad bacteria and not enough good bacteria. It can happen due to illness, poor diet and more. Two groups of bacteria which has benefits of probiotic: 🦠Lactobacillus. This may be the most common probiotic. It's the one you'll find in yogurt and other fermented foods. Different strains can help with diarrhoea and may help people who can't digest lactose. Lactose is a sugar found in milk . 🦠Bifidobacterium. You can find it in some dairy products. It may help ease the symptoms of IBS . Problems if you lack on these : This can lead to serval problems like digestive issues , allergies etc . 🥛Probiotics are usually found in fermented foods or can be taken as supplements too . Food with probiotic property are 🥛Dairy products such as yogurts and milk drinks. 🥓 Fermented foods like pickled vegetables, tempeh . 💊You can also supplement them if you are allergic to any of the above food .
