How to keep winning your fitness journey?
Start slowly. One day at a time. If that is too much, start 3-4 times a week. Understand, this is not going to be a quick fix. This is not your car which can be replaced by a new clutch plate. This is your body. Don't be in a hurry. Enjoy your journey, make each and every meal count, make each and every training session fruitful. Great things take time. Make sure you are getting 6-8 hours of sleep every day to recover. Do not neglect this. Eat your vegetables, even a small hammer plays a huge role in building a mansion. Channelise your energies into your training. Believe in yourself, focus. Go for it, prioritize. Destroy your limits.
