There is an old saying "sweat is just fat crying"
Is this statement true?
No, not at all!! Sweating is just a body response to regulate the skin temperature 
Even excess sweating can lead to dehydration and loss of electrolyte in the body, so if you are one of those who sweat a lot then make sure you drink enough water.
For fat loss, you need to follow a calorie deficit diet along with proper training.
