When you should change the workout program? =============================== First of all, there is no fixed period to change the workout program and secondly, you don't need to change the workout program in the first place. But there are some circumstances when you MIGHT need to change workout - 1. The goal changed - If your goal has been changed be it from fat loss to muscle gain or training for a marathon to general wellness, you might need to revisit your training program 2. Injury - if you are injured then also then you need to change the workout pattern (if you are allowed by doc to do workout ) often reduce the workout intensity 3. Not progressing - when you are completely stuck and not able to make any progress that too for an extended period of time, despite being 100 percent disciplined then you might have to change your workout pattern 4. Not able to recover - If your workout is too intense and you are not even able to recover and in next session, your performance is going down then also you need to change the workout.
