Weight is only marker of progress?
We always tend to see weight as the progress, but often ignore the other marker which very well define the progress. Appreciate the positive changes happening with you rather than waiting to only see the weight as progress. Weight can be deceptive many times, you tend to feel that you should reach to "Some ideal" weight told by some online calculator. In the quest you don't see the positive changes happening and just running behind the number. So, in a nutshell do appreciate other positive markers as well. Weight is one of the marker but not ONLY marker of progress. 😁😁😁
