This post is also for them who don’t have access to gym nearby and like to do resistance training!! So resistance training can be done at home as well I am sure the intensity would not be as same as working out in the gym since you have more weights and equipments in the gym but it will definitely some where similar to what we do in the gym . You can use your own body weight to create resistance and also you can buy some weighing plates and pair of dumbells . What all equipments you might need to set up a good workout station !! 🏋️♀️Resistance band 🏋️♀️Barbell 🏋️♀️Pair of dumbells 🏋️♀️Few plates 🏋️♀️A bench (adjustable bench if possible) These are more than enough for you to give a satisfactory workout !! With these equipments you would be able train almost every muscle group . They are cheap as well the entire setup should not cost you more than 5-10 K . So if you are stoping your yourself from resistance training just because if you don’t have time or you do not have access to a gym then these tips will definitely help for you .
