-If you're a diabetic who's on medications, cutting all carbs from the diet can end up really bad...even if it prevents the insulin spike.

-If you're already deficient in Vit-b12 and/or Vit-B, then going vegan isn't a wise decision.

-If you're obese, then HIIT will eventually hurt your joints real bad.

-If your small appetite makes it a struggle for you to gain weight, then adding a packet of Oreos in your diet might give you that much needed surplus.


There's no absolute right or wrong. Always consider the context first and then work on finding a solution for the problems.
