Does cardio lead to muscle loss? ============================== There is some misconception about cardio and muscle loss. Yes, cardio can lead to muscle loss but it does not mean all the time cardio leads to muscle loss. Muscle loss can happen when you are in a calorie deficit diet and if you only focus on cardio then the rate of muscle loss can actually increases. But if you incorporate cardio with your weight training session by giving priority to strength training then its absolutely fine, you need to worry much. But one thing to note - cardio is not compulsory for fat loss, do it only if you like doing.
