Symptoms of Overtraining

When there is disproportinate between training stress and recovery, there are chanced you are overtraining and that can be counterproductive to your goals.
Here are the symptoms of overtraining- 
>A drop in performance (note that with
out a decrease in performance there is no
overtraining or overreaching)
>A washed-out feeling, tired, drained, lack
of energy
>Mild leg soreness, general aches and
pains
>Pain in muscles and joints
>Sleeping problems, insomnia
>Headaches
>Decreased immunity (increased number
of colds, sore throats)
>Decrease in training capacity or intensity,
inability to complete training sessions
>Moodiness and irritability
>Loss of enthusiasm for the sport
>Decreased appetite, eating problemsReduced maximal heart rate
>Elevated resting heart rate, elevated
sleeping heart rate
Note-Not everyone will have all symptoms, and not everyone
will have the same symptoms, but may include!!
