Symptoms of Overtraining

==================================== When there is disproportinate between training stress and recovery, there are chanced you are overtraining and that can be counterproductive to your goals. Here are the symptoms of overtraining- >A drop in performance (note that with out a decrease in performance there is no overtraining or overreaching) >A washed-out feeling, tired, drained, lack of energy >Mild leg soreness, general aches and pains >Pain in muscles and joints >Sleeping problems, insomnia >Headaches >Decreased immunity (increased number of colds, sore throats) >Decrease in training capacity or intensity, inability to complete training sessions >Moodiness and irritability >Loss of enthusiasm for the sport >Decreased appetite, eating problemsReduced maximal heart rate >Elevated resting heart rate, elevated sleeping heart rate Note-Not everyone will have all symptoms, and not everyone will have the same symptoms, but may include!!
