- Choose a Meal which has either Protein and Carbs or Protein and Fat instead of something which has both Fat and Carbs. This might keep your Calories in check - Track Calories by feeding your food consumption on the app - Restrict your larger meals to 2-3 meals max. Also applying IF would help in controlling the food intake - Do a quick room workout/go for run/ play a sport. Focus on increasing the Non Exercise and Exercise Activity
