============================ The pairing of different exercises from opposing muscles is superset and grouping of multiple exercises in a single set is called giant set. These can be categorized as advanced training techniques and it can save a lot of time in a workout session but there is a disadvantage, even though you are able to accumulate a lot of volume(set*reps) in less time but overall volume can suffer as you might not be able to give your best in those sets which are paired, otherwise you would have given while doing those sets alone. So it's better to do supersets/giant sets only if you have a time constraint
