Should you train till failure every day?

============================= Most of us heard in the gym "go hard, go home". It is good you are ready to give what it takes but it is not necessary to train till failure every day even that can be counterproductive to your goal as it might impair your recovery and also might lead to injury. One more drawback is not only upcoming workout session performance might get reduced but also in the same training session you might not be able to perform your best in rest of the exercises. This is even more evident when you are in a calorie deficit. So just program your workout like that there is the scope of recovery post workout sessions
