Training under hot temperature

This post is especially for those people who train at a hot temperature either it can be playing any sport or working out at high temperature 
These are the considerations you should have -
>It is important during exercise not to lose more than 2% body weight water due to dehydration 
>having 500-750 ml of fluid, 30-60mins is a good practice 
>Drinking water in between session is recommended too and you don't probably need extra carbohydrate/sugar
