Exercise and happiness!! How are they related ?

Are you working out just for losing or gaining weight ? 

Treat exercise as “Fun time” and give your brain a needed break from negative thoughts , your deadlines at office or any other mental worries . Working out requires you to be fully present in the here and now, so you won’t have to time to think about any negative things . 

🧠 Hormones such as endorphins,      serotonin, dopamine are released in response to increased physical activity.

🧠 Endorphins give you that post-exercise amazing and fresh feeling. As your body’s natural painkillers, they reduce discomfort, enhance pleasure and improve self-esteem.

🧠 Serotonin controls your appetite, helps you sleep sounder, and regulates your mood. These factors all go hand-in-hand to make us feel happier, calmer, and more stable.

🧠 Dopamine is that pleasurable habit forming hormone that keeps you coming back for more. It signals the reward and pleasure centers in our brain 🧠,which helps us to motivate to take action and work towards things that makes us feel good and better .

I would say in other terms that FITNESS IS HAPPINESS!! 😀😀

Its actually MY time where I don’t care about anything Else and just get involved in it . 

Its actually gives a better vibe than you chilling with your laptop or may be chilling at some pub burning your hard earned money in liquor (don’t kill me for this ) 😬.

So get of your comfort zones and sweat it out 😅.

So when you are upset or low you should definitely workout . 

NOTHING BEATS A GOOD WORKOUT !! 🏋️‍♀️🏋🏻‍♂️🤸🏻‍♂️🏊‍♂️🧘‍♀️
